Low tech support

I bought a new ward it takes 3 hours to finish, and it costs 20,000 cash. But when I open later the ward disappeared but the money still spent without refund. Bad user experience. And the language in the characters are not nice, a lot of curse and rude. The theme makes the hospital like bad evil a lot of dark story scary movie hospital, gets blue and strange mood while playing the game. Not nice. Should built the story on more positive plots.
