The Oyama app provides you with a safe and anonymous peer-support community where you can chat with others. To help you on your journey to better understanding yourself, we are soon launching personalized evidence-based tools from psychotherapy.
When you enter the Oyama app you join a community where you can relate to other users' stories. As part of our peer-support community, you can give helpful advice and positively reinforce others by commenting on their stories or simply by sending a hug.
At the core of the app is our personalized journal, which teaches you to express yourself and process your thoughts and emotions. Soon enough we will launch new features that guide you through a motion of evidence-based psychotherapy exercises to help you build healthy and sustainable habits.
