Description
Pak identity is NADRA’s Online identity issuance service for Pakistani citizens that provides an end-to-end solution for applying for identity card. NADRA has launched this app to facilitate Pakistani citizens to apply for following identity documents
• Modification of CNIC
• Renewal of CNIC
• Reprint / Lost of CNIC
• New NICOP
• Modification of NICOP

Functionalities:
• Account creation with email, mobile number and biometric verification.
• User login through biometrics (Fingerprints / Facial)
• User-based inbox with a list of all applications
• Interactive data acquisition
• ICAO-based photograph capture through the mobile camera.
• Fingerprints acquisition through mobile camera
• Digital signature capture through the mobile touchscreen
• Document upload through both mobile cameras and by uploading files
• Attester verification through OTP
What’s New
Version 3.4.0
We're excited to announce several new features and improvements in this update:
1. Child Registration Certificate (CRC) -You can now apply for a CRC directly within the app.
2. Enhanced Family Registration Certificate (FRC) -The FRC application process has been significantly improved.
3. Identity Card Cancellation -Introducing a new feature that allows you to cancel your identity card.
4. Expedite existing applications.
Ratings and Reviews
Wasted time and money
It charged my card and i added all information but the application didn’t submit and i get an error after the last step of the process. No details whatsoever why or what went wrong.
Useless app
I have been trying all day to do my biometrics. The app doesn't focus on the finger prints and without that I cant even go to the application section. Absolute waste of time and energy.
Server Error
There is server error all the time. You can’t do finger prints, you can’t take picture, you can’t make FRC application, you can’t see applications in progress and alot more that you can’t do but still description of this application mentions all these as available features. If application gets fixed based on the description the have in app I will give them 5 start but for now the app needs less than 1 star because it is completely unusable.
