Wasted opportunity

Would want to give better rating for the things that do work very nicely, like easily importing new papers or getting annotations synced between devices without having to think about it. However, there are some huge issues that kill the app for me. The overwhelming worst issue is missing offline mode: has been on the in dev list for who knows how long, but the app actually feels like getting worse in this respect. Papers are downloaded to device for reading, but losing connection even for a minute usually freezes the app in the middle of reading, so no hope of doing anything with this if you happen to board a plane or, say, a metro. And instead of showing e.g. a message about connectivity issue, the app always simply freezes and then hangs on restart until the connection works.
