Phlex is a comprehensive solution that not only tracks workouts but also tracks your progress over time in crucial areas like technique, endurance, fitness, and training readiness. With the Phlex platform, you will gain valuable insights, identify areas for improvement, and take your swimming prowess to new heights.

How we track your progress:

TECHNIQUE - we analyze your distance per stroke, stroke rate, and stroke index at 5 different intensity zones to measure whether your technique is improving.
FITNESS - we measure your swimming speed in 5 different intensity zones. If, over time, you get faster within the same training zones, that means your training is working and your fitness levels have improved.
ENDURANCE - similar to fitness, we measure your swimming pace in different intensity zones to analyze whether your aerobic and anaerobic endurance improve.
READINESS - using scientifically based models, we calculate the training load of your sessions, providing you with valuable data to make educated training decisions.
HealthKit Integration:

Phlex integrates with HealthKit to provide you with a seamless experience. By connecting with HealthKit, you can easily sync your swimming workout data, including distance, swim time, and heart rate, with the Health app on your iOS device. This integration allows you to keep all your health and fitness data in one place and track your progress over time.

- Apple Watch Workout Fix: Resolved the issue of duplicate workouts being logged from Apple Watch.
- Collect Splash Score Screen: Introducing a new screen to collect your Splash Score and track your progress.
- Leaderboard Enhancements: Updated logic for displaying separators on the leaderboard along with additional UI improvements.
