They're beautiful pixel art renditions of animals, a nostalgic art style that's really delightful to take in.

Stats reset on iPhone restart

Seems like a common operation that shouldn’t reset the age and hearts to zero. Subreddit has several threads on this problem, but not much heard from the dev. Otherwise I love it, reminds me of the olden tamagotchi days.
