Päivittyy hitaasti
Ei kokemusta yhtä pakettia enempää. Mutta ainakin tästä paketista postnord lähetti tekstarilla linkin nettisivulle, jossa oli tuoreempaa tietoa lähetyksestä kuin appissa. Hitaasti päivittyvä appi on siis melko hyödytön. Ehkä toimitushistorialla tekee mahdollisesti joskus jotain.

You are a postal service, not a spaceship launch control center. For my latest package I did not receive the pick up locker code. But I got a message saying that I should pick up soon or the package will be returned to the sender. I contacted PostNord’s support, but they did not reply. The support just isn’t there. 🤷♂️ In the end I understood that they want me to install the app. 😊 I went on and did it but I did not want to create an account. Guess what? They forced me to do it! As the message appeared that if I want to pick up my package, I need to create an account. The question. What if I didn’t have a smartphone? Really.

Softa on yhtä toimiva kuin postnordin toimitukset. Luvataan toimitus jollekin päivälle, mutta sitten mitään ei tapahdukaan.
Sovellus näyttää myös yhtä aikaa useampaa eri päivää arvioituna/sovittuna toimituspäivänä.
Älä tuhlaa aikaasi tähän kuraan, soita aspaan…
