Paid for subscription but got only ”Try again” as a result
My offspring liked this app a lot on the iPad, so I decided that we would pay for the subscription. Unfortunately the app stopped working on the iPad soon after. All we get is a button that says “Try Again”. Tried to contact the support, but the provided support link takes to a site that no longer exits.
Money down the drain it seems, which is a real shame.
