Remomedi app is intended for pharmacy customers. You can easily order prescription medicine and other pharmacy products with your phone.
You can also renew your prescriptions.
- Remomedi app is suitable for all pharmacy customers.
- Pharmacy visit either as a call or as a video call.
- Remomedi app displays pharmacies in order of distance and available services.
- If there is a queue in the pharmacy, the application will call you back.
- Medical advice is given during the call, in similar way when you visit the pharmacy in person.
- Payment by mobile payment or when delivered.
- Choose the delivery method from the options offered by the pharmacies.
Do this:
1. Download the app, do strong authentication and fill in your profile. By authenticating strongly, you allow the pharmacy to handle your prescriptions.
2. Add a payment card. This will speed up the processing of your orders. The application is free and only pharmacies can charge for purchases.
3. Search options will help you find the most suitable pharmacy for you.
4. Contact your pharmacy by clicking the phone icon.
5. If the pharmacy has a queue, the pharmacy will call you back. Don't close the app.
6. During the call, the pharmacist will retrieve prescription, tell you about alternative products and give you medical advice - as if you were in a pharmacy.
7. Order other pharmacy products you need at the same time.
8. Agree on the delivery method of medicines.
9. Pay with the app or when delivered.
