I'd also like to give a new review after the new update which had an English language option and after reading the responses from the manufacturer.

The chocolate in the calendar is absolutely excellent. Had that been the customer promise & expectation, it would have been delivered big time. But it wasn't and it didn't.

If, as the manufacture stated in one of the responses, the app and the features would be just meant as "a toy in the cereal box", it shouldn't be the main focus of the marketing/package. That's very miss-leading for the customer and creates a clear service quality gap between the customer expectation and experience. Also very miss-leading having the whole package in Finnish and then not to proving that as a language on the app, and not even mentioning this on the package, considering this is mainly a product that kids use, not cool.

I find it quite off-putting from the manufacturer side to shift blame: "Finnish language on the packaging was just mandatory in your market" and "It was always possible to test the app before buying it". If the customer gets excited about your product and trusts the product/marking promise and buys it ending up misunderstanding what you are selling, maybe there's something to learn there. Maybe test a little more the package in the market you're selling it in. Maybe hear a little bit more from the customers instead of telling them they were the one's who got it wrong.

Please update to the latest Appversion. English language is availiable there. We are sorry not to meet your expectations. finnish description of a packaging is simply mandatory in your market. It was always possible to test the app - even before purchase. There was never any form of escape-room game promised with the calendar. The purpose of the app was always just to show some mechanical effects plus indicating the place of the daily chocolate in exchange to the mechanical wheel on top which does in fact the same. In addition the type of the chocolate can be displayed by tapping the icon in the left upper corner.

We were extremely dissappointed in this Christmas calendar. We bought it from a Finnish store and obviously thought the app would be available in Finnish as the packaging has Finnish text as well as a picture of the app with Finnish text in it. Well, to our surprise, not even English is available, only German, which we unfortunately don’t understand. Safe to say that the whole AR experience was ruined. At least the chocolate was good.

Please update to the current Version. English language is availiable now.

Edit: Gound the English version myselfi when updated. Works also bettwr than earlier version. Nice calendar.
