Käyttökokemus ja asiakaspalvelu ei ole tätä päivää
Näppärä veneiden peersharimg palvelu, mutta uuden asiakkaan käyttöönoton jälkeinen käyttökokemus ja erityisesti asiakaspalvelu jättää paljon toivomisen varaa.
Veneet eivät ole käytettävissä rekisteröitymisen ja maksun jälkeen. Soitto asiakaspalveluun poiki ”En pysty täältä tekemään mitään, soita uudestaan huomisiltana jos varaus ei silloin vieläkään onnistu” vastauksen. Mikä appiin perustuva palvelu toimii näin vuonna 2023? Varsinkin kun palvelun kohteena olevia veneitä voi varata vain max 1h ennen käyttöönottoa, ei vaikkapa sille huomisillalle.
Maksoin jäsenyydestä, jotta saisin käyttöön vieressä olleen veneen. Lopputulema oli, että oli ajettava lapset kyydissä Helsingin toiselle laidalle. Näin, koska vain ilmaisen kaupunkiveneen varaus oli mahdollista tästä ”ei tilausvahvistus tarkoita meillä mitään muuta kuin että maksu meni läpi onnistuneesti” hölmöilystä.
Tyylikäs muotoilu ja hyvä konsepti!
Applikaatio on helppo käyttää ja on tyylikäs!
Fees not transparent
Skipperi advertise rentals fee for 189eur but the bill comes and it’s almost 260eur. Furthermore there is nothing on the bill receipt for 189eur. Not happy about this. It’s taken few weeks for maintenance of fishing rod holder too. Any feedback given on the app goes in to thin air.
