Description
Play a soothing sound or some music and let the app lower the volume as you fall asleep.
Simply use these three steps, and you are good to go:
1. Choose a time duration.
2. Choose sound to be played.
3. Start playing, and the app will evenly lower your volume to zero for your specified time duration.
