Todella motivoiva ja käytännöllinen
Hyvät liikkeet ja venytykset. Apissa on myös kaikkea kuten: paljonko vettä pitäisi juoda päivässä ja askeleiden laskin. Harmi että aloittelis taso ja edistynyt ovat maksullisia mutta ensin tulee keskiverto taso joka kestää kuukauden ja samoja treenejä voi tehdä vaikka vuoden😅opin apin ansiosta spakaatin ja ylispakaatin😍(harrastan nykyään myös akrobatiaa) KANNATTAA EHDOTTOMASTI KOKEILLA❤️
Paid for nothing
This feels nore like scam. I paid premium version for one year subscription. After two weeks of use the app returned to be a free version with ads. Customer service doesn't reply anything.
