StretchitAir is an exercise program for stretching during flights. It’ll help prevent ankle swelling, muscle pain, stiffness, and dehydration – reducing the risks that make flying so hard on your body.
Our flight wellness calculator, helpful reminders, and stats will keep you feeling great no matter how long you’re in the air.
AIRPLANE STRETCHING ROUTINES
- Prevent ankle swelling; alleviate muscle stiffness, pain, and discomfort; boost your blood flow; reduce the risk of developing deep vein thrombosis (or DVT)
- Created specifically for stretching in the airplane with you, your neighbors, and lack of space in mind
- Easy to use – just start a video and follow along!
- All seated sequences can be performed with the seat belt fastened (safety first!)
- Each routine is a 6-7 min full body stretch
