SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
SWEAT is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on monthly or yearly basis. Customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free 7-day trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

This has helped me a lot!

I was familiar with BBG programmes before and I liked the general idea, but I was never able to keep up with the e-book. Timer, computer and music, it all was very complicated. Now that I have the app, it's way easier to do the workouts! Love how easily you see how to do a certain move ja you also get more detailed written instructions.

Few things I still wish they would work on:
- Alarm sound also at the beginning of the new set. Like when the set ends. Now you easily rest too long
- Planning your week: I'd like to do this BUT I don't want to time it, I just want to plan when I do legs and when I rest. Not timing anything but still.
- More about the community: this what I was hoping with the app. Profile pictures, communicating with people all around the world, sharing experiences and tips and forums!

Best training programs for women

Lot of quality, weekly changing programs. What I also like, is the duration of the workouts, that are short enough but still effective.
