Welcome to use Terveystalo app!
Make a remote appointment with a physician at any time. You can talk with a physician or nurse in the chat or through a video appointment. You can also easily renew your prescriptions in the chat.
Book appointments conveniently
You can book an appointment directly with a familiar specialist or browse available appointment times for a service or clinic of your choice.
Access your health information anytime, anywhere
See your completed examination results, read entries related to your treatment, and check your prescriptions and vaccinations.
Easy payment
You can pay for your visit easily in the app. You can leave immediately after your appointment and pay once you get home.
Quick login
Use your bank information or mobile ID when you log in for the first time to ensure safe use of the application. After your first login, you can use a PIN code or biometric identification to log in quickly.
We are always improving your user experience and will gradually add new features to the application. We value your opinion – give us feedback on the application and participate in its development.

Version 4.4.0
Improved Home Screen:
- Events are now displayed in chronological order to highlight the most relevant events for you.
- Surveys, booked appointments, and payments now appear under the event carousel
- Booked appointments will also be visible in the carousel 48 hours before the appointment.
- Fixed an issue with adding calendar events on iOS 17+.
- Added better support for iPad devices
- Improved laboratory results by highlighting entries that contain additional information
- Fixed the call request time information to consistently display as 8:00 to 20:00
- Fixed an issue with care path push message linking
Ratings and Reviews
Overall a functional app
It would have been good if the app allowed a simple copy and paste of text. My doctor is Finn and he writes description of my lab results in Finnish and I cannot understand a single word :D
If I could put it into Google Translate, maybe I would be more aware of his comments 🤷🏻♂️

Nyt sujuu kirjautuminen tosi sujuvasti. Helppo tarkistaa käynnit ja tavoitteet koko ajan näkyvillä. Reseptien uusiminenkin näköjään onnistuu käden käänteessä.

Chatikkunan fontti pientä
Chat ikkunan fonttikoko on pieni vaikka puhelimen omat asetukset ovat suurimmat mahdolliset. . Sovelluksen saavutettavuutta voisi parantaa. Kiitos!
