The Promise includes an affirmation and subliminal message generator, personalized AI-generated meditations, soundscapes for relaxation, focus, & sleep, pre-recorded professionally guided meditations, and much more.
Our affirmation and subliminal generator utilizes Text-to-Speech technology, empowering you to craft personalized affirmation audios suited to your individual needs. Select from a range of ambient sounds, including rain, ocean waves, specialized frequencies like 432Hz and 369Hz, or tranquil mantras, allowing you to enrich your affirmation journey. Additionally, you can generate subliminal audio clips at reduced frequencies and volumes to effectively engage your subconscious mind.
The app's soundscapes function enables you to fully immerse yourself in calming and serene environments. Choose from a variety of options, including the gentle melodies of wildlife or the resonant and therapeutic frequencies of alpha, beta, gamma, delta, and theta waves.
