App won’t work
When app will work again correctly?

Good morning, we are aware that there was an issue with the Live app and I do apologise for this. However, this has been resolved. Could you please try logging out and back in again and if this doesn’t work please delete the app and reinstall it. If you are receiving the message “We're sorry, something went wrong when attempting to log in.”, please click “Forgotten your password?” to request a password reset link to be sent to your email address to reset your password. Thank you for your patience with us.
Will not open after latest update
Says it all.

Good morning, we are sorry to hear of your issue. However this was a known technical issue that has now been resolved by our app team. Please may we advise that you delete and reinstall the app to fix this. Many thanks.
The app crashes constantly
The Times & Sunday times app offers nice visual display but crashes abruptly when trying to read. Not worth of subscribing the app version.
