Timma-sovelluksen kautta varaamani ja maksamani aika ei sopinutkaan, joten halusin perua sen. Ei onnistunut sovelluksen kautta, piti perua liikkeestä. Aloin parin päivän päästä kyselemään Timmalta milloin palauttavat maksun. Vastaukseksi sain että Timma välittää vain aikoja ja rahan palautusta pitää kysyä liikkeestä. Maksun saajana oli Timma, että selvästi kyllä välittävät myös maksuja. No kysyin liikkeestä, vastaus oli ettei sinne asti ole kyseinen maksu edes mennyt. Onneksi liikkeen ihana tyyppi selvitti asiaa, mutta vastaus oli lopulta että on helpompi käyttää maksettu summa johonkin uuteen palveluun. Eli ilmeisesti rahan palauttaminen on mahdotonta. Ei siis kannata maksaa sovelluksen kautta. Muuten kyllä kätevä sovellus palveluiden etsimiseen ja aikojen varaamiseen.

Kaikki eri kauneushoitolat missä käyn : (Tuusulassa) kampaajalla, (Korsossa) sokeroinissa ja ripsitekniikkolla, (Järvenpäällä) hierojalla - kaikki ovat erilliset yrittäjät, eri paikoissa - ja he kaikki lähettää ajanvaraus vahvistuksen mulle sähköpostiin aina Timman kautta. Mutta jotenkin ketään heistä en ole löytänyt suora Timman sovelluksen kautta. Vaikka olen monesti etsinyt, että saisin helposti varattu ajan. Aina joudu kaivelee Facebookista oikea mesta ja mutkan kautta vara aikaa. Olen pettynyt. Turha mulla sovellus, jos siitä ei ole iloa. Kiitos ja moi!
