Can’t use favorites while planning route
You still can’t use your own favorites while planning a route. Only addresses or pois - but not favorites. I have reported this couple of times earlier but still this kind of basic thing is missing 😜

Does not work with iPhone 13 Mini
Did all of the steps and also the trouble shooting steps with no success. It seems that to some extent the Bluetooth pairing works but the message and call stuff won't work no matter what. But - as someone has already mentioned, this seems to be a feature of the app. I hope they figure out what's wrong and release an update to the rider 500 and/or this mydrive app ASAP depending on where the issue is. Do not recommend the app until things get fixed.
Useless, many bugs and it does not work!
Having Tomtom Rider 550, it is really a pain to try to synchronize your routes, it seems impossible. The app itself connects navigator but then loses it. Even the Rider 550 says that it is connected to Mydrive but no, it is not syncing anything. Very frustrating!
