NEW FEATURES

• Move Feature

You can now move the workouts of the current week to better tailor your training plan to your specific needs. We will warn you if your changes are not recommended from a training perspective.

Simply click on the “EDIT Button” in the 2-week view.


• Roadmap to Race

You can now view important information, including the training volume progression for each sport up to your race. You can access the ROADMAP through the new menu bar.


• Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Recording Status

After syncing a bike or run workout, it will now indicate if HRV data is included. We encourage users to activate HRV logging on Garmin to help us create more precise training plans. If HRV data isn't recorded, use the “Information Button” in the top right corner to access our manual on configuring your devices.

The order and names have been changed. ROADMAP has been added to the menu.
