The Tunturi Training app is free for everyone. Download the app, sign up and get access to all the features in the app, including the PRO features.

A WIDE VARIETY OF WORKOUTS
With the Tunturi Training app you have access to a wide range of workouts and more than 5,000 exercises. What suits you best: yoga classes, Pilates, strength training, balancing exercises, or meditation? Or do you prefer kettlebell workout, fit boxing or aquabag workout? Do you like individual workouts or do you prefer to follow virtual workouts? In the exercise library you will find exercises for each of these categories and for each level.

FIND YOUR INSPIRATION
You have bought an accessory such as a dumbbell, a fitness ball, or a resistance band, and it is lying around in the bedroom, but... what exactly can you do with it? What exercises do you do with a dumbbell, how do you train the abdominal muscles with a fitness ball and what is the best way to use a resistance band?
