No way to get any feedback/help from the Vestiaire team
I like the app itself, but not the support team (if there is any). Tried to reach them several times for several months through chat (just simple bot with limited answers), by mail. No answer, no help. I think I’ll have to quit using, ‘case I cannot now make simple communication with Byers/sellers, and there is nobody around to help.

Yesterday I bought shoes in this app. When I wake up today and try to go on my account it says email invalid. How can I get my account back? Can you guys like verintify me with phone number or address? My order was 110€ and now I am scared that I wont get shoes I ordered or the money back.
