Poor app. Useless for travel

iphone 13 pro max ios iOS 17.3.1 (21D61)
- App cannot find all of your own flights
- previous flight history is erased
- if you finally manage to get to your flight info and checkin, then boarding pass tab to add the Apple Wallet does not work. So, not apple wallet compatible.
- Basically there is nothing found in the app unless you have not booked your flight directly through Vietnam Airlines.
- password reset or forgotten password requires the Lotum miles id, which is naturally there inside the app which you cannot access in case of lost password :)
- Lotus Miles card cannot be added to apple wallet
- Good airline, but app is honestly very poor.

Basic app

The airline should spend a bit more money on developing this app, so it could function more smoothly, but in general it turns out fine. I wonder why there is no option of changing flight by yourself. For example, Klm and Airfrance have that button in their app

Worst airline app I’ve ever used

Can’t even find the boarding pass easily and check in easily. Can’t go to myprofile with a Finnish phone number.
