As customers have the ability to rate the drivers, we help not only optimize the inefficiencies in the market but also elevate the level of service Customers receive through a self-monitoring marketplace.
Giving Customers a tool that powers them to show accurate pickup and drop-off locations together with clear instructions.
Automatically informing Customers through messages of different types every step of the way until an order is finished gives every Customer piece of mind.
