Grinding beans is one of the most essential parts of brewing perfect coffee.

Use the Wilfa Svart app together with the Uniform grinder, connect your Uni precision scale and make sure you get that perfect drip or pour over brew every time.

We teamed up with world champion barista Tim Wendelboe and together we made a grind guide to calculate water, beans and grind settings.

The app also includes helpful tips and pour over guide.

Lacking features

If talking just about coffee, as if there aren’t other things that you’d weigh and need a timer, there’s other brew methods than just pour over. And the timer doesn’t do anything, it has no presets, or anyway for you to setup when to ping you. It just seems to connect to the scale for no real reason.

The Hario scale is the same or cheaper price, and has its timer built into it, with no need for Bluetooth.
