Possibly scams
They can decide to not send your money to the recipient, with the excuse of having tectonically difficulties. They also will not return the money to your account

We're sorry to hear your transfer experienced technical difficulties. WorldRemit will not refuse to send money and also refuse to return it, that is factually un-true, but there are sometimes delays in processing a transfer due to technical issues.
