Super fun game, with some technical challenges

Such a fun game, with awesome features and a great community. However, at some point the wins stopped registering in my profile so my stats started looking very poor, regardless of winning about the same amount as before. I thought I’d try to delete my profile and start fresh, but didn’t find this option in the settings, regardless of the instructions in the FAQ section.
