Yoga for BJJ was founded by Sebastian Brosche, a former IBJJF Worlds double gold medalist and UAEJJF World Champion. Now a black belt and owner of a yoga studio in Norway, Sebastian has channeled his expertise into creating a tool that addresses the unique needs of BJJ athletes. The app also features contributions from Rosi Sexton, a professional osteopath and former MMA champion, who leads a robust Rehab Program designed to aid injury recovery and prevention.

But that's not all. Choose additional classes from the yoga wizard herself, Stine Brosche, stretch and flow with 2-Time IBJJF European medalist Adam Ellis, or work out with IBJJF Champion Sarah Draht. We have classes for everyone!

Subscription Details

Payments are processed through your iTunes Account.
Manage your subscription via Account Settings, where you can adjust your preferences or deactivate auto-renewal.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current cycle ends.
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon subscription payment.
