This upgraded version of the App is to meet Apples new requirements which is the App needs to be submitted to the App Store build with Xcode 11 with latest iOS.There are no new functionalities add to the App.The screens and flow of the App usage has not changed.
Ratings and Reviews
Good but can do better
The app is okay, has all the basic features, easy to use but is lacking certain features that other banking apps have. For instance, you are not able to get your bank statement on this app. You have to physically go to one of the bsp branches and wait for quite some time just to get it printed at Enquires (which you have to pay for).
Need Ms tons of work
This app needs a lot of work. It freezes at the log in screen several times during one session. The only way I have been able to use it is by deleting and the loading it every time I use it.
Clearly BSP doesn’t care about this app or it’s customers who have to use it.
So disappointing.
Update;
Can bsp app somehow setup an option to allow users to direct send cash from our account to our mpaisa account similar to what ANZ bank has. It would so much easier. Vinaka.
