Ratings and Reviews
No more access to Account Information
Absolutely loved the visibility of our account status, payments, balance etc on the previous version. I though Courts was at least doing that right compared to other service providers in Fiji including Telcos. Swapped to an iPhone and hoped to download it and found this new version has none of that. Utterly disappointing. Someone dropped the ball when re-designing this.
Useless App
So disappointing to know that Courts has developed such a hopeless app that keeps saying to check internet connection when there is good internet. Annoying and hopeless. In this day and age at least we expect to see our accounts detail online and keep track since we making payments online. Fix your app Courts .
The app isn’t working
I have just downloaded the app and when I try to access it I would get a prompt that says to check my internet connection. My internet connection is working fine so I think the app may have a glitch
