Description

BVI (Building Visual Inspection) is an intelligent inspection solution for project progress and quality control specific for construction and surveyor industry. It streamlines the building / project inspection operations, including recording of building conditions, works progress and defects. The large workload of traditional follow-up report editing and clerical work can be reduced to minimal.

The inspections can be simply carried out by the quality management inspectors, such as architects, building surveyors, engineers and facility managers, etc. by taking record photos with smart mobile devices and sending out through cellular or Wi-Fi network to cloud-based server automatically. The subsequent tedious and time consuming documentation processes requiring one day work is now done by BVI System in several minutes. Moreover, it can operate as the centralized project server by storing the continuously uploaded records, including works progress and defective items, in work sheet format, and can be sorted in different categories for progress monitoring and defect management.
