Slow, Buggy and Crashed
The new app is relatively extremely slow when compared to the old one. The login screen and the loading mycash animation pops up on newly every page refresh which is annoying. Secondly the topups which I have made, the numbers (recently topped up) is no longer there like the old app. I would say this app is a downgrade not an upgrade.
App is lagging
I was only able to login after I called digicel customer service after trying for almost half an hour. A day later when I opened the app, I had to login again but it said my account was “inactive” once again

Like your network🤯
Sign up after downloading and there is no option for putting in personal pin.
Have to call customer care and that in itself is a hassle🤬
