Review

The app and network service is way too good. Data plan is better than other providers and very easy way to monitor data.

Confusing Onboarding Process

The onboarding process for the app was difficult and confusing. I was provided with a user ID and password for my prepay connection which didn’t work. After following up with a representative I was provided with new log in credentials which I had to use under the “Postpaid” option even though the service I was trying to link was prepaid. Finally managed to link the service and saw that there was 3GB of data already on the account. I asked the rep if this was a mistake and she said she would call me back. When she called back she advised that “there weren’t any promotions on” which was confusing - all I wanted to understand was why there was already 3GB loaded and if that was a mistake and whether or not the correct account was linked. She assured me the correct account was linked and so I recharged.
I had used Voucher PIN to recharge and it took a while for the new data balance to show up.

Rubbish

Such a rubbish App. I have 4 modems and when I switch to the 4th modem, the Telecom App instantly crashes.

Better have the option of using the web version along with the App rather than just forcing users to download this useless app.

Redownloaded app but same issue persists.

Also, connection is no longer stable or fast on the Telecom Network. It seems Covid-19 also hit their transmission towers.

They said my area has a stable speed of 20mbps which I hardly see nowadays since the past 6 months. Even getting 8mbps is something to dream about now.

Apart from hiking monthly prices by 300%, service is also poor. From $5 monthly directly to $20 month price went up but service became poorer.
