After 8+ years of use now I cannot, so frustrating!
Got blocked and only update I got is it cannot be unblocked.
I haven’t done any spamming activity at all. Just created a channel for my company. After that I added/sent invitation to my clients who are on viber. How does that get me blocked?
If you open my channel it only has three messages about our services
This is seriously frustrating because I cannot communicate with my family, friends and clients through viber as most of them are using viber
I have been using viber on this number for 8-10 years now and I own the number for more than 15 years.
This is so absurd!!!
My number got blocked - triggered by their spam bot filter
After however many years on Viber, this is the first time I faced such a problem. This platform is now trash just like Facebook which keeps restricting us. The number I registered has also been active for many years on Viber ever since I got that SIM card.
So what happened is I created a Community for my IT business and only invited like 25 of my friends to join in and the limit is 50 invites per day I think it shows as xx/50 on top while you're picking your invites. It has only 68 members right now. Next minute I can't send any messages, only receive them and look like a fool unable to reply.
It is time to cancel this app. Piece of trash.
Viber account hacked
Hello my viber account has been hacked by scammers & they are currently using my number under the name viber support i have emailed your viber support team so many times nobody is responding & they only send me codes which isnt activating because the hackers have removed my pin & put a new viber pin to activate my number i have sent screenshots to viber support you arent helping at all! I have written this review here if someone could assist me & get my number back to me the scammers have hacked my number on 23rd of February around 6.03pm this is really stressful for me as I’m not getting any help for viber team I want a real person to reply back my emails not just reply sent automatically by computer
