本软件是对实训任务管理系统、顶岗实习管理系统、就业跟踪管理系统、众创服务平台四个系统的扩展，用户可通过成为导师来给其他用户提供服务。
可通过软件对接实训任务管理系统的教学任务，给在校学生提供任务指导及帮助；对接顶岗实习管理系统的实习管理任务，给实习学生提供点评及实习指导；对接就业跟踪管理系统的继续教育模块，给就业学生提供就业指导及帮助；对接众创服务平台的创业模块，给创业学生提供创业指导及帮助。也可以作为普通用户通过软件寻求导师的帮助及完成其他用户发布的任务，通过软件选修课程进行学习。
