Never run alone
There are some of us who jump out of bed at 5 am, lace up our jogging shoes, down a shot of wheatgrass juice and bounce out the door for a vigorous pre-work jog. And then there are the rest of us, who snooze the 5 am alarm twice before deciding that sleep is way more valuable for our overall well-being and drift back into a heavy slumber.
