Unjust company
Hi, I am sorry to write a bad review, is not in my spirit.
I arrived recently in Austria for a short job stay. I bought a train ticket at a terminal, and today I received a fine of 105euros because I didn’t bought the right ticket.
Sorry but this is unfair, I always buy my tickets, whatever the country I am in. And during the buying process I didn’t knew I bought the wrong ticket, I thought I buy a regular price.
I tried to explain myself, but the person didn’t listened. This makes me disappointed, very sad that I cannot do more than writing this message. Please be careful people, and hope the company will become more flexible.
Crash makes app unusable
When trying to buy a ticket for the train S7 from Wien Mitte to Flughafen Wien Bahnhof (arriving at 18:11 on the 22/12/2019), the app crashes at the last step, when clicking on the „in den Warenkorb” red button.
The app is then restarting. It crashes systematically, thus making it impossible to buy a train ticket.
Iphone 6S, IOS 13.3 (17C54).
I hope you will manage to fix this bug, the app is amazing when it works.
