The Amex MENA app is for Personal and Corporate Cards issued by American Express Middle East. If your Card is not issued by American Express Middle East, then you will not be able to log-in to the Amex MENA app.

But why we cannot use Qpay (Qatar) to pay my bills? It is not giving me the option for qpay, but on the website i have the option.
Also the app has not been designed at all for the screens of iphone 6 and 6s.

AMEX customers deserve a better user interface and features.
EMIRATES NBD is a great example.
They listened to their customers and improve the app on regular basis.
