Making progress in sport is hard. Sometimes we need a second pair of eyes to tell what aspects to focus on. But do you always have a couch or experienced friend with you? Maybe your videographer is always available?
In fact, if you simply look at your technique in slow motion you may discover a lot.
What if I told you that you could record each your training session in slow motion automatically with no effort and then analyze and share the results right away? You can literally see your progress in real time.
This is what AutoCapture SlowMo app is created for.
Just put your phone on tripod and show your performance in front of it. There is no need to control the camera any more. The app detects your presence and automatically starts recording, ensuring you never miss a moment. When you leave the camera frame recording is stopped so you don’t need to scroll a long video to find yourself on it. Each your appearance is a separate short slow-mo recording ready to be shared and analyzed.
Editing the resulting videos? Forget about it! Just select the best attempt and share it with your friends or coach to get regular feedback.
