Where is the new promised version ?!

Hi,

it was planned to be able to encrypt the files with the paid application. Where are you ?

And :
when can we expect to have authentication for opening the application with Face ID ?

Encryption is now since a while back available in the mobile apps.

Face ID is in our backlog, but no promises on when that might arrive just yet.

Bad customer service

Be careful, If you have a problem with this product, you will keep it. The customer service is awful.

Je n’ai pas utiliser votre App et je ne l’utiliserais pas, en fait je l’ai supprimée de mon iPhone dés mon inscription. Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié votre façon d’amener vos clients vers premium ! Sachez qu’il n’est pas question pour moi d’utiliser cette mise à jour et encore moins question d’en être facturé. Encore une chose, si vous souhaitez vendre vos produits en France, rédigez votre descriptif en Français vous éviterez ainsi tous malentendus, car il s’agit bien d’un malentendu n’est ce pas?
