2ans que je prend des places de France pour Londres tout ce passe bien sauf que le temp de livraison des eticket est très long acheté en décembre reçu en juin cela en 2019 et cette année 2022 a 20 jour du concert toujours rien maintenant l essentiel est de les avoir à temps mais c est stressant 🙄
Achat places concert aux US depuis la France impossible
L’application n’a pas l’air d’avoir été étudiée pour permettre un achat de prestations aux US depuis la France. Beaucoup d’aller retour avec le service client, sans succès. Raisons invoquées fallacieuses : problèmes de paiements et identifié comme un bot. Dommage !
Worst customer support ever for an app that is not working
A friend of mine transferred me a ticket for a gig, and I couldn’t find it in the app. I sent a message to their support team. Only received an answer asking me for informations I had already provided. I still don’t have my ticket and have sent three other emails and still haven’t had any answer. Worst experience possible !
