If you already have a BDO Online Banking account, just log in with your Online Banking username and password.

If you're having trouble logging in, just follow these steps and create a new password for the BDO Online app.

Step 1
On the log in screen, tap Need help logging in? > I'd like to reset my password.

Step 2
Set up your new password

Step 3
Log in with your Online Banking username and new password.

The password for the old Online Banking website and the BDO Digital Banking app is unchanged and maintained separately.

Worst Banking App

BDO posted a notice on the old app, instructing users to transition to their new banking app. Upon logging in, users are required to change their password. However, after successfully changing it, there's a prolonged wait for the OTP, which is never received. Before releasing it for public use, thorough testing and quality control are essential.

Missing save billers and accounts enrolled

Why all my save billers and all the accounts enrolled on the old apps are not transfer to this new app. It’s a hassle to enroll everything again

Unstable

One day it shows all my accounts (savings/current and my credit cards) and it would disappear and again it will appear.
