BEATFlow is a business process management platform designed and developed by Acuity Knowledge Partners, particularly targeted at Financial Services industry. Some of the largest financial institutions engage with their Acuity teams using BEATFlow. Currently we have over 150 institutions and close to 15,000 users onboarded on BEATFlow. Organizations around the world use BEATFlow to move their teams away from emails and onto a platform that reduces chaos and keep the focus on getting the work done.


BEATFlow has been solving our customers workflow challenges for over 4 years now. For most of the requirements of our customer as well as Acuity users, web-based interface has been excellent. However, we observed and also heard it from a few strategic customers that there remains a gap to address the needs for a customer user, say a Banker, on the go.
