Is this the first time you’re using the app?
Start by registering your iPhone or iPad, using your bank card and card reader. That way the security of your transactions is totally guaranteed. Once you’ve registered, your secret code, fingerprint (Touch ID) or Face ID will be all you need to log on!

Pas toujours très intuitif . Demande , parfois, des recherches longues pour trouver une fonction dont on ne se sert pas souvent

Application correctes, support catastrophique

Si vous êtes chez Belfius, vous n'avez pas le choix, vous êtes obligés d'utiliser cette app. Elle est lente, très peu intuitif e, mais on s'y habitue et au bout d'un moment elle devient à peu près fonctionnelle. Si vous vous demandez quelle banque choisir et que vous regardez la qualité des apps comme l'un des critères, alors soyez prévenus: le support de Belfius est vraiment nul. Ils n'ont la main sur rien, si vous avez un problème technique ils ne peuvent rien faire, pas même contacter quelqu'un de plus compétent. Ils vous expliquent que s'il y a un bug ça doit être la faute du client. C'est bien dommage. J'imagine que le service de la plupart des banques traditionnelles n'est pas toujours excellent, mais Belfius est particulièrement mauvaise sur ce critère. Si vous avez le choix, prenez une autre banque et renseignez-vous au préalable sur la qualité de leur service client si possible. Pour ma part je regrette mon choix.

Problème depuis 1 mois sur IOS

Bonjour, j’utilise quotidiennement l’application pour mes transactions et j’ai pour habitude de me connecter via le Face ID (identification biométrique, visage et empreinte) Depuis près d’un mois, l’application ne me permet plus de me connecter via l’identification biométrique, selon l’application mon iPhone serait « jailbroke/rooté» je sais de source sûr que je n’ai pas jailbroké mon IPhone puisque TOUTES mes autres applications me permettent d’utiliser l’identification biométrique. Je tiens à signaler qu’il est possible de se connecter avec mot de passe. J’ai par ailleurs déjà désinstallé et réinstallé l’application afin d’essayer toutes les solutions dont je dispose, en vain… J’ai contacté le service clientèle non seulement, ils m’ont raccroché au nez et qui plus est m’ont très mal servis. Pour faire court « changer de téléphone ou contentez vous du mot de passe » Donc en résumé c’est un iPhone a plus de 1000€ qui doit être changé car l’application présente un bug depuis plus d’un mois. Je mets une étoile en attendant une prise en charge professionnelle du problème. Je changerai ma note une fois le problème réglé. Bien à vous
