Not working correctly

This apps seems to be easy to use, after purchase it worked fine for 10 days but after a while difficile to connect to the French and Germaine proxy servers, I purchased this to watch French TV while abroad but it doesn’t work anymore for me.
I give one star as it worked 10 days over a 365 days subscription.
There is no support and no way to claim neither for this product.
