La meilleure application pour numériser les cartes de visites
J’ai essayé toutes les applications de scan de cartes de visites présent, à ce jour, sur l’AppStore.
C’est la seule app qui soit fiable et qui fonctionne réellement :
- 100 % de fiabilité.
- reconnaissance par OCR, QRCode ou photo de la galerie. On peut aussi scanner tout un lot d’un coup.
- facilité d’utilisation
- possibilité des classer les cartes dans plusieurs groupes en fonction des personnes. Cela permet de regrouper les fournisseurs et les clients, par exemple, ou bien par secteur d’activités : les avocats, les comptables etc…
- export au format Excel permet de récupérer dans un tableau, toutes les infos ainsi que les groupes. - export directement dans le smartphone ou Google et Outlook.
- export vers des solutions d’ERP mais je n’ai pas testé car je n’ai pas ces ERP. - tout est sauvegardé sur leur cloud qui est accessible depuis un navigateur internet.
- il y a même la possibilité d’ajouter des activités comme des appels, des visites, etc… le début d’un CRM
- possibilité d’appeler ou d’envoyer ses e-mails directement depuis la fiche contact. Ou d’avoir l’itinéraire.
- utilisation possible en entreprise avec partage des fiches et gestion des leads.
Vraiment très complet, je le recommande.
