Super facile et pratique ! J’ai découvert l’apli en Espagne (estartit)
On paie le parking puis une amende
Je télécharge l’application comme conseillé sur le parking St-Hubert à Montréal car l’automate avait pas l’aire de fonctionner correctement et j’étais pas le seul à être perplexe par son bon fonctionnement.
Je paie le parking pour 2j, le lendemain matin j’ai une amende à payer en plus, car sois disant je n’ai pas payer… forcément on n’a pas de reçu à déposer dans la voiture comme on nous demande de tout passer par l’application!
J’ai reçu le mail de confirmation et le virement de mon compte en banque a été réalisé. Puis j’ai bien reçu par mail également que j’ai été verbalisé!
Mail envoyé pour une demande d’appel j’attend toujours la réponse.
A revoir votre mise en relation entre les agents verbalisateur et l’application.
J’aimerais récupérer mon argent
Super appli que j’ai découvert en Espagne, cependant je ne vois aucun moyen de récupérer l’argent que j’y est déposer sachant que je ne suis pas prêt de la réutiliser! Aurait-il un moyen de récupérer cette argent ?
