You have full control over your data. • Open and accessible file format: each “board” file can be opened even without having the app installed so that you can always access your data (each *.board file is simply a ZIP archive). Once you a ready, you can buy Boards from within the app with a single In-App purchase covering all devices. This update solves the problem with Boards not being able to open its own documents after upgrading to iOS/iPadOS 16.2. What you have to do: Download this update and the update for the Mac app and then change the file extension for your existing documents from *.board to *.boards: - Tap & hold on the file - Choose Rename and change the file extension to .boards - Tap Return and confirm by tapping “Use .boards” Starting with iOS/iPadOS 16.2 the *.board extension is used by the Freeform app.
