NE JAMAIS ACHETER CHEZ BRAVOFLY. Service clients nullissime, ne comprennent pas le français, son d’une mauvaise fois incroyable, vous font payer des frais sur vol Flexible parce qu’ils sont incapable de modifier un nom sur un vol alors que la compagnie (Air France) dit que c’est tout à fait possible dans les 24h et Bravofly vous obligé à annuler les billets et vous infliger une pénalité. Donc 240€ de pseudo assurance flexible pour frais de dossier alors que Air France ne donne aucune pénalité. Et au passage ils sont plus cher qu’en passant par Air France directement.
Bref de véritables voleurs, une escroquerie parfaitement organisée même la DGCCRF reçois tous les jours des plaintes mais le siège est en suisse donc intouchables.
